How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days once shipped. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days from the time of purchase. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience for local customers. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll make sure our community hears it first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. Just email us at support@pricesbay.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.
